Customer Service & Closing Coordination (4 years): I learned the value of responsiveness and accuracy as a Customer Service Representative specializing as a Closing Coordinator in the pest control industry. This work sharpened my client communication and process discipline.
Operations Leadership (5 years): I served as Office Manager at Material Conveying Maintenance, a conveyor belt company, where I supported day‑to‑day operations, scheduling, and vendor relations—experience that taught me how systems keep a business moving.
Entrepreneurship: I founded Pupo Bookkeeping Services, delivering accurate books and clear reports to growing businesses. I also built Architect of Your Own Destiny, a property management company helping clients organize and protect their real‑estate investments.
Current Work: Today I support a portfolio of companies—bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to their finances—while also serving as a shareholder in a financing company. My goal is simple: keep owners informed and confident so they can lead.
